Crazy butterflies
Instructions
Cut with knife the chives and white dry in a little oil, then add the peppers and after five or six minutes, the fact finding mushrooms in warm water and sliced.
Season with salt, add the chilli and then peeled and chopped tomatoes.
Finish cooking and jump into this colorful sauce enriched with cream butterflies cooked al dente.
Serve immediately.

- 400 g of type paste butterflies
- 1 white onions
- 1 piece of yellow pepper strips
- 1 piece of red pepper strips
- 1 handful of dried mushrooms
- Hot pepper
- Some of ripe tomatoes
- Cooking cream
- Salt
- Olive oil
