Butterflies in salad
Instructions
Cook the farfalle until al dente, rinsed with cold water and pour on pasta 2 tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin, turn right.
Seasoned with vegetables, olives, chopped tuna, chopped onion, vinegar, 3 tablespoons oil and pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 600 g of type pasta farfalle (pasta salad)
- 400 g of mixed pickled vegetables (artichokes, mushrooms, carrots, gherkins)
- 20 pitted green olives
- 1 box of tuna
- 1/2 fresh onion
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Wine vinegar
- Pepper
