Rich butterflies
Instructions
Peel and wash the onion, celery and carrots, cut into small dice, mince and let them dry in a tablespoon of oil.
Add well diced zucchini, add salt and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally bathing with a few tablespoons of water when it is needed.
Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain and add to sauce with one or two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
Add some finely chopped Walnut Kernel before serving.

- 320 g of type paste butterflies
- 1 onion
- 1 heart of celery
- 2 carrots
- 2 zucchini
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Some of nuts
