Instructions
Place water in a large bowl and, stirring slowly, pour the flour and salt.
Keep stirring to dissolve any lumps.
Reached the optimal fluidity (when on the convex wooden spoon leaves a thin patina), leave the batter for at least half an hour.
Remove the foam that is formed on the surface, pour the batter into a baking sheet (with a diameter of about 45 cm) containing the oil.
Carefully mix the batter with oil and cook in the oven at high heat (300 degrees) for about 10 minutes, making sure to turn the Pan ' to get a homogeneous cooking.
Withdrawn from the oven, dust sides with black pepper.
