Instructions

Cut the onion slices, and saute with a little water and olive oil in a pan.

Meanwhile, prepare a batter with flour and a little water until mixture is not too dense.

Also add a little salt.

Pour the batter into the pan with the onion, and cook 2-3 minutes on each side, covered pot until the porridge has taken a golden appearance.

Serve with a side of salad.
