Cream porridge
Instructions
Boil for 5 minutes 2 cups of cream, combine 4 tablespoons flour, bring back to a boil, stirring and remove from heat.
Boil 5 cl of milk and add 2 tablespoons flour, stir and add the mixture of cream and flour.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add salt and season with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
Remove from heat and serve along with sugar, cinnamon and fried croutons.

- 2 cups of cream
- 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Sugar
- Cinnamon powder
- Fried croutons
