Farinata in the crust
Instructions
Put to soak for 12 hours the chickpea flour in warm salty water.
Knead the flour with oil so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Separately soak the sultanas in hot water and then add it to the dough.
Prepare the crust with the flour, egg yolk, lard and roll out on a floured round baking dish on which arrange the dough evenly, turning angles.
Drizzle with grape and bake.

- 300 g of chickpea flour
- 300 g of sultanas
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- Grape (sapa)
- For the dough:
- 300 g of flour
- 50 g of lard
- 1 egg yolk
