Instructions

Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and let brown slightly.

Add the nut, onion, washed with 3/4 of a litre of water, add some chopped mint leaves and some coriander grains.

Simmer a few minutes and add the beans.

Cook over low heat for a half-hour.

Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper and serve very hot.
