Fennel livers
Instructions
Cut the pieces after washed in lukewarm water.
Cut liver into pieces too small.
Mix the bread crumbs with salt, pepper and fennel seed.
Spread the net it with powdered with the mixture, add a bit of bacon and a bit of pork liver, Swaddle with the network and stop the whole thing with a sprig of fennel.
