Instructions

Clean and chop 600 g chicken livers, Parboil with a carrot and a sliced onion and two potatoes cut into cubes, salt, pepper and Marjoram.

Aside from Brown in 50 g of lard a chopped onion, add 100 g of mushrooms cultivated and 150 g of rice.

When everything is well browned, pour in the broth cooking livers, stir well and place in hot oven for 30-40 minutes.

Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
