Pan fried livers
Instructions
Skip lightly floured liver with butter and oil.
Sprinkle with chopped garlic, Sage and Rosemary.
Spray them with wine and vinegar and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt after cooking.

- Flour
- 50 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Garlic
- Sage
- Rosemary
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
