Thin cut the liver and flour, pull away the excess flour.
Cut the spring onions thin.
Put the oil in a pan, combine the nut and heat well.
Add the liver and roast it well, sprinkle with wine, evaporated this combine onions and adjust salt.
Turn off and add a little soy sauce.
Serve with steamed rice.
