The palladian liver
Instructions
Soak in milk for 30 minutes the liver cut into strips.
Wither the thinly sliced onions in oil.
Add the blanched and cut apples into cubes and sprinkle with ginger and pepper.
Add the liver and sprinkle with flour.
Cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes by spraying with lime juice, and white wine.
Evaporate, salt to taste and serve immediately.
