English calf's liver
Instructions
Grease with oil the liver slices and grilled rigirandole and arrostitele pungendole with a fork.
Add salt and pepatele.
Then cut into thin slices smoked bacon and tomatoes and cook them on the grill.
When all is ready, spread on each slice of liver fat and a slice of tomato.
Garnish with a swirl of butter.

- 500 g of calf liver
- 100 g of bacon
- 30 g of butter
- 3 salad tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
