Liver and onions
Instructions
Icing cut onions and place them in a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil extra virgin olive to wilt, add very slowly 1/2 glass of wine, salt and pepper.
Then put to cook the liver slices for a few minutes.
Serve hot accompanied by 2 slices of precooked polenta and fried in a little olive oil extra virgin.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 600 g of fresh calf's liver and tender
- 2 large onions
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
