Blanch the leaves of stinging nettles in boiling water and prepare an omelet with eggs and cheese.
Spread the slices of ham and superimpose the omelette and nettles squeezed and mixed with shredded sausage pasta.
Open a pocket in the pork loin, fill them with the above ingredients, sew it all and bake in the oven, after Brown in a pan with olive oil, Sage, butter, garlic and marsala.
