Breaded breast with cheese
Instructions
Lightly beat the egg, then add the grated cheese, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1 pinch of salt, paprika and 1 mix all.
Then beat the meat slices, immerse them in beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs and shake them gently to remove the excess.
Put on the fire 1 pan with plenty of oil and, when hot, dip the meat slices 5 minutes per side.
Serve hot and golden brown.
