Homemade fish slices
Instructions
Chop chop the celery, carrot, onion and shred the anchovy fillet and wash.
Fine chop the parsley, Peel the tomatoes and remove their seeds.
Put the slices of fish, washed them and removed the skin, in plenty of hot oil and let Brown, rigirandole now on one side now.
Then drain almost all the oil that is in the Pan, add the anchovy fish, vegetables, tomatoes and butter, salt and pepper, stir and leave to cook for about 30 minutes.
Serve with the sauce that will be formed.

- 800 g of fish (eg. p2) in slices from 400 g
- 300 g of perini tomatoes ripe
- Parsley
- 30 g of butter
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
- 1 onion
- 1 salted anchovy
