Anchovies au gratin (2)
Instructions
Clean the anchovies, remove the head and backbone, open them to book so they stay together on the back and place in an oven dish brushed with plenty of oil.
In a bowl pour a small glass of vinegar, add 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil, two large pinches of oregano, a clove of chopped garlic, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Stir, mix thoroughly all ingredients and pour the mixture on the anchovies.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for a quarter of an hour.
Passed on a serving platter and serve hot or cold.
