Pork loin slices with cream sauce
Instructions
Cook in butter to heat the slices lightly flour them, letting them take color on each side.
Add salt, pepper, add chopped capers and parsley, let a few minutes seasoning and pour the cream.
Stir continuously and very low flame, finish cooking for another 5-10 minutes.
Then sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.

- 400 g of sliced pork loin
- 40 g of butter

- 200 g of fresh cream
