Turkey slices with cheese
Instructions
Flour and Brown meat in hot oil and butter, salt and pepper.
Mix the two cheeses and distribute them over the meat just before you remove it from the fire.
Serve the meat covered by the cooking sauce and hot.

- 500 g of sliced turkey breast
- 30 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 20 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 20 g of grated pecorino cheese
- Pepper
- Salt
