Instructions

Beat the slices lightly with the meat mallet until you make them very thin.

Peel and finely chop the onion and mix it with mustard.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer on sliced, almost to the edges.

Fold the slices on themselves and press with your fingers along the edges.

FRY in hot oil a few minutes on each side, by salting at the end.

Serve hot.
