Instructions

Cook for 20 minutes the asparagus trimmed and tied in bunches and keep aside the cooking water.

Mix asparagus, combine the milk and the nut and let simmer on fire for 2 minutes, then add the butter mixed with the flour.

Pour the oil in the cooking water and cook the asparagus pasta.

Drain, season it with asparagus cream, flavour it to taste with pepper and serve.
