Fettuccine in plain sight
Instructions
Let boil for a few minutes the peppers, cut them in half and freed from seeds; then cut them into strips.
Put them to flavour in the saucepan where you did Brown the butter with the garlic, some fresh basil leaf and Bacon cut into small pieces.
Simmer for 10 minutes; Add salt and pepper a moment before removing from heat.
Meanwhile, Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water.
Al dente, drain and dress with the peppers and sauce.

- 500 g of peppers
- 50 g of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Basil
