The port figs
Instructions
Peel the figs gently so as not to break them.
In a saucepan melt the butter, add the figs and sprinkle them with sugar and almonds.
Add the port.
Cook over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes until the sugar has dissolved.
Turn the figs in bottom of cooking and remove from heat.
Place the figs in a tray, cover them with the cooking and decorate the edges of the tray with the whipped cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 24 figs
- 1 glass of porto wine
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 60 g of butter
- 200 g of almond flakes
- Whipped cream sweetened
