Instructions

Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the fillets on both sides over high heat.

Remove the meat from the heat and keep warm.

Clean the pan with a paper towel and make you melt the butter over low heat, combine the gin, salt and pepper.

Arrange the fillets in a dish and spilled over the hot sauce.
