Instructions
Carefully clean the Turkey slices, removing any fat and appiattitele ribs slightly with Mallet; put them in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
After that, place half the butter and olive oil in a large pan and heat, when the two condiments come to fry in a saucepan, place the slices of Turkey and moderate heat cook 4-5 minutes per side; before you remove them from the heat, sprinkle them with salt and pepper and a macinatina.
Then, grease a baking dish with the butter that remains, lie down on the bottom of the Turkey fillets, without superimposing them, with their cooking, on each place a slice of ham folded in two and a slice of Swiss cheese cut into measure.
Transfer the baking dish in the oven is already hot (200 degrees) and simmer for 5-6 minutes, enough time to melt the cheese.
When done, transfer the Turkey fillets on serving dish, pour over the cooking and serve.
