Cod fillets poached in the mint yoghurt sauce
Instructions
Fillet the fish, salt and flour, sauté the fillets for 5 minutes in the butter and bake at 100 degrees.
In the same pan, pour the yoghurt and milk, sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper, then add the Mint, simmer for 10 minutes.
Churning out the fish, cover with the sauce and garnish with the Mint.

- 1 jar of whole yoghurt
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 30 g of butter
