Cod fillets with capers
Instructions
Rinse the capers under running water and beat them with the bread crumbs, parsley, 1 teaspoon Rosemary, clove of garlic peeled and 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Turn on the oven to 220° c place the cod fillets in a lightly oiled baking dish, cover with the chopped aromatic and compattatelo with a spoon.
Pour the wine around the fish, paid over 4 tablespoons of olive oil and cook in the oven already warm for 5-6 minutes.
Served hot.

- 8 slices of cod (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon of salted capers
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 glass white wine
- Olive oil
