Instructions

Tie the lobsters and boil them by throwing them in boiling salted water for a few minutes.

Drain well, cut them in half lengthwise; put them on the grill, putting the shell fire and the ungetele little by little butter.

Finally place them on the serving dish and drizzle with brandy, take fire and serve.
