Baked Cod fillets (2)
Instructions
Pour into a serving bowl the flour, dip cod fillets and sprinkle with flour on both sides.
Arrange in a baking dish greased with oil and toss with chopped parsley and garlic (previously rinsed) and add the sliced olives, chopped capers, anchovy fillets, cut into small pieces and sprayed it with olive oil.
Finally, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven already warm for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil

- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g of pitted black olives
