Cod fillets with ham and cheese
Instructions
Crush well without breaking them, fillets, them off, add the slices of ham, cheese, pepper and Sage.
Roll up the fillets, flour and pass them into the batter that has been passed in the strainer to avoid lumps.
Fry the fillets in the hot oil and margarine, turning several times until sautee.
Garnish a dish service with the lemon slices and peppering rods.
Add the rolled up and serve hot.

- 4 cod fillets from 180 g
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of fontina cheese
- 2 lemons
- 100 G = = Margarine
- 1 cup of corn oil
- Sage
- Sweet peppers
- Pepper
- For the batter:
- 1 glass of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of type 00 flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
