Cod fillets with sauce
Instructions
FRY slowly in a pan 5 tablespoons oil and a clove of garlic.
Add the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
Still frozen fillets cut into 5 or 6 pieces and flour.
Put in saucepan, add salt, pepper and cover with a lid.
After 10 minutes, sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of white wine and let it condense the Pan Gravy.
2 minutes before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.

- 400 g of cod fillets
- 150 g of peeled tomatoes
- Flour
- 3 tablespoons of white wine
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Pepper
