Fillets of cod provencal
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes in 1 cm slices and arrange them in a form for gratin.
Mix the parsley, garlic and breadcrumbs.
Season the cod fillet and place it over the tomato slices.
Cover with the mixture of breadcrumbs, parsley and garlic, and cook in the oven at about 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 120 g of cod fillet
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Spicchietto = 1 = chopped garlic
- 1 large tomato
- Salt
- Pepper
