Codfish fillets au gratin
Instructions
In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the fillets of cod for about 5 minutes.
Let them Brown and cook on both sides turning them occasionally.
Soon after, add salt, pepper and sprinkled with dry white wine.
Turn up the flame, until it evaporated, afterwards, drain the fish and transfer it in a baking dish greased with butter.
Cover with the cream and pass in the oven already warm for about 10 minutes at 250 degrees.
Serve hot immediately.

- 8 cod fillets
- 80 g of butter
- 30 cl of liquid cream
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
