Lobsters at lord nelson
Instructions
Open in two lobster, with a wide-bladed knife very sharp, and cut the legs.
You heat the oven, place the lobster halves on the grill shell and settle under the dripping pan.
Place lobster meat on about half of the butter in flakes, sprinkle with salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Meanwhile rub the oysters with a sorghum brush under running water to remove any residue of sand; open them with the special curved spatula and gently pull the mollusks.
Finely chop the anchovies and place them in a bowl; Add the breadcrumbs and lots of olive oil just enough to obtain a fluid and homogeneous compound.
Remove the lobsters from the oven and place on each half four oysters; coated with the mixture prepared and settle over the remaining butter into pieces.
Place the lobster on a plate that holds the heat and infornatele again for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.

- 8 oysters
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
