Fish fillets with lemon
Instructions
Grease with the tablespoon of oil a pan and allow it to warm up.
Place the fish fillets and cook them over high heat on both sides.
Then spray them with white wine that will be boiled.
Remove the fillets and place them on a plate.
Sprinkle on baking funds a teaspoon of flour, then add half a glass of water, juice and the lemon zest and chopped parsley, Basil and garlic.
Cook, stirring for 2 minutes, then place the fillets in the Pan and cook for another 4-5 minutes so that the sauce thickens.
Serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Flat fish fillet (sole)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- Lemon zest
- A few tablespoons of parsley, basil and garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- Salt
- Pepper
