Queen fish fillets
Instructions
Cook the fillets in a little water and mince finely.
Put them in a bowl with the mascarpone, eggs, a little nutmeg, béchamel sauce, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Stir the mixture and pour into a baking dish greased with butter and powdered dried breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs and butter flakes and cook for about 30 minutes at moderate flame.

- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
