Fish fillets in sauce
Instructions
Chop the garlic and onion and brown them in a pan with oil and butter, add the fish fillets and fry them on both sides.
Deglaze with the wine and cream, cover, Cook for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with the parsley, drizzle with sauce and serve.
