St. peter's fish fillets in sauce
Instructions
Boil the fish fillets in a liter of water with an onion, a carrot, cut into slices, parsley, a bit of vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes. Prepare the sauce: make a mayonnaise, ketchup sauce and stretch with half a glass of brandy, add the mayonnaise and mix well. Serve fish fillets with sauce. Accompanying wines: Collio Ribolla Gialla, Bolgheri DOC Bianco DOC, Vermentino Di Sardegna DOC.
