Chicken fillet and Mushrooms Cream (2)
Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces.
Put in a saucepan 20 g of butter and a little Sage.
Saute the chicken breasts, salt and wine.
Combine the cream, simmer over low heat.
In another pan put other 20 g butter and Sage.
Combine the mushrooms, washed and clean cut into slices, Saute and add salt.
Add the chicken and cook it over low heat for 15 minutes.
