Chicken fillet and Mushrooms Cream (3)
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Put in a pan 40 g of butter and a little Sage.
Fried chicken, salted and put the white wine; keepn and add the cream.
Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
In another pan put other 40 g butter and Sage leaves, add chopped mushrooms, FRY and salted.
Add the chicken and cook on low heat for another 15 minutes.

- 400 g of chicken fillet
- 80 g of butter
- Sage
- 2 cups of dry white wine
- 400 g of cream
- 15 g of dried mushrooms
- Salt
