Sole fillets with aurora
Instructions
Cook in butter thawed fillets, floured and seasoned with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
While the cooking goes on to add the wine.
Pour the orange juice and cook over low heat until the sauce thickens and becomes almost a cream.
At this point if the sauce is too sweet, add a few drops of lemon juice.

- 2 bottles of sole fillets (400 g)
- 1 glass white wine
- 2 oranges juice
- Few drops of lemon juice
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
