Fillets of sole to danish
Instructions
Add salt and flour 8 fillets of sole, immerse them in 2 beaten eggs with a pinch of salt, FRY in plenty of breadcrumbs.
Sauté in 30 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side.
Pour on a hot plate.
Skip in 30 g butter 250 g boiled and peeled shrimp.
After 2-3 minutes season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and pour over fillets of sole.
Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
