Fillets of sole lumberjacks
Instructions
In a casserole put bay leaf, a sprig of parsley, onion whole; Add 1/2 liter of water, salt and shrimp lessatevi.
Clean the mushrooms, divide the chapels from the stalks and chop them.
In a pan sauté the fillets of sole with a little butter, then add salt and pepper and add a handful of chopped parsley and the juice of 1 lemon.
Add a glass of wine making it evaporate and focus completed cooking.
Aside from brown butter chopped stems and the chapels of the mushrooms, adding before removing from heat one teaspoon of breadcrumbs.
Add the mushroom mixture to the pan with the soles, then add the cream flavor mixed with an egg yolk, restrict the sauce and serve garnished with scampi.
