Fillets of sole au gratin
Instructions
On a baking dish greased with butter have 400 g sole fillets, salted, peppered and slapstick.
Blend 50 g of cultivated mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes in a pan with a little oil, add the crushed tomatoes, 2 3 tablespoons dry white wine and a little salt, stir and pour the sauce over the fish fillets.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs and put some butter flakes here and there.
Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, garnish with parsley and serve.
