Sole fillets in sauce
Instructions
Add in the butter crab meat and mushrooms.
Butter a baking dish and arrange the fillets.
Season with salt, sprinkle lemon juice, then add the wine and place in oven at 180 degrees covered for 12 minutes.
Remove the fillets from the Pan, then add the flour dissolved in milk and mix on fire.
Add the mushroom sauce and boiled asparagus and soon everything will be hot, even fish.

- 8 fillets of sole
- 50 cl of white wine
- 100 g of cultivated mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 lemon
- 30 g of flour
- 40 g of butter
- 6 tablespoons of warm milk
- 8 asparagus
- Salt
