Tenderloin with basil
Instructions
Cook in butter salt and peppered meat.
Take the slices of bread and fry them in butter.
After fried bread placed on top of each slice a slice of meat.
Meanwhile, pounded in a mortar the Basil and pine nuts, which you have previously roasted in the oven, garlic and some coarse salt.
Add three tablespoons of whipped cream and one egg yolk; Add salt and pepper to taste.
This pour sauce on each slice.
