Tenderloin al salmoriglio
Instructions
Place in a bowl of water, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 chopped garlic, a pinch of oregano and salt and stir.
Marinate for 30 minutes the threads in this sauce.
Drain and cook them on the grill, brushing them with the marinade using the Rosemary branch.

- 4 beef fillets
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 == Pto Oregano
- 1 == Pto Meeting
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Water
- 1 sprig of rosemary
