Pork tenderloin
Instructions
Put the tenderloin well prepared, clean skin and fat, rolled and tied, 1 saucepan with the butter and roast it.
When it has browned, sprinkle with the bread crumbs 1 stale bread, crumbled.
Combine onion, garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.
Put in the oven and when the bread is colorful, add the wine.
Cook for 30 minutes in hot oven and add the lemon juice before serving.
